Lesson #14: the frustration tunnel

What an exhausting day! After all my blowhard posts about how I’m learning by accepting the process it all started with frustration.

Frustration is all a part of the process of learning. For me frustration happens when I’m not getting “it.” I want to succeed and do it right so when I’m not it would be easy to make it personal and get all worked up, throw myself on the ground, roll around, kicking my feet, and being a downright baby!

Yeah looking to our inner child doesn’t mean throwing a child-like tantrum when things don’t go your way. Instead, stopped to clarify with Molly and that worked out.

Got an amazing energy going through at one point but I’m having trouble maintaining and replicating it.
